Provfd's liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

All intellectual property rights in our products, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Anhui Haishang Frequency Conversion Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. Our products are protected by 5 invention patents and over 30 utility model patents.

Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Provfd products may be subject to export licensing requirements depending on the destination country and end-use application.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
